Clean facilities made a good first impression.
My experience at the hotel was very disappointing. Additionally, the room lacked proper amenities. I only received one towel and no toiletries at all, despite my requests. I also had issues with the Wi-Fi and the television, which were never resolved during my stay.

The queen room was cozy and just what I needed after my tiring travels, and I loved the relaxing pool area where I unwound. They also had a nice fitness center if you're looking for a quick workout. My only hiccup was that I wished there were more towels provided during my stay, but overall, it was a pleasant experience! 😊

Staying here with my five kids was a blast! The spacious room fit us perfectly. Plus, the nearby Aqueduct Racetrack was an unexpected treat, and my family enjoyed exploring the area together.
In my wife’s opinion, a kids’ play area would be great.

The room was a total letdown. Not only did we find cigarette burns in the sheets, but the whole floor smelled like cannabis. The staff seemed indifferent about it, too. Check-in was a nightmare. we had to wait hours and they messed up our reservation. We ended up in a non-smoking room instead of the smoking one we booked. No toilet paper or towels either! Really not a pleasant stay.

I stayed alone for 4 nights and faced multiple issues. The room cleanliness was poor, with stained linen and dirty surfaces. Additionally, the heating was broken. I suggest asking for a thorough cleaning before moving in for a more pleasant stay.
